Far Eastern State Medical University (FESMU) is a medical university located in Vladivostok, Russia. It was founded in 1930 and is one of the oldest and most prestigious medical universities in the Far East region of Russia. FESMU is recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) and is listed in the Directory of Medical Schools published by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) of the United States.

The university offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in medicine, dentistry, and pharmacy. The medium of instruction is Russian, but the university also offers preparatory courses in Russian language for international students. FESMU has highly qualified faculty members and modern infrastructure, including research labs, a library, and a teaching hospital.
